By accessing or using VeloxaHost services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VeloxaHost provides cloud infrastructure services subject to plan limits, documentation, and acceptable use rules we publish from time to time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

You may not use the service to violate law, harm others' systems, send spam, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, or circumvent security or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Fees are described in your order, invoice, or in-product billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloxaHost's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to VeloxaHost for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
